1. General Provisions

By using the HybridLoom platform, you agree to these terms of service. The platform provides professional music production infrastructure for independent record labels.

2. Scope of Services

HybridLoom offers the following services:

• AI-assisted music demo transformation
• Professional stem separation and mastering
• Human-supervised quality control
• Distribution-ready file delivery

3. User Obligations

Platform users must:

• Hold copyright to all uploaded content
• Not use the platform for illegal purposes
• Be responsible for the security of their account credentials
• Not upload content that infringes third-party rights

4. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights to original content uploaded by users remain with the user. HybridLoom only has the right to process this content within the scope of service delivery.

5. Payment & Cancellation

Subscription plans are billed monthly. Cancellation requests take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for completed orders.

6. Limitation of Liability

HybridLoom cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from platform usage. Users will be notified within a reasonable timeframe of any service interruptions.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
